Questions are the initial spark for storytelling.
Let curiosity lead the way! Ask any question that arises; be spontaneous and wonder aloud. Figure out what’s happening as the story progresses. You can begin with broader, more general questions. Then, follow up to find out more details about what you’ve just discovered. For instance:
Keep your adventure going with “Okay, and then...”
You might discover that your adventure leads you to an unexpected meeting or obstacle. Try asking, “but what happens when…?” or “how do they get past…?” There are no good or bad questions, and certainly no right or wrong answers. Anything that comes up and keeps you exploring is the way to go!
